You have the right to demand the erasure of your personal data. Who to address the request to depends on who is responsible for your data — that difference is explained in the privacy policy.
If your data is in broneerimine.ee because you booked an appointment with a business, that business is the controller. Contact it first — it decides which data about you is held and for how long.
The platform operator is the processor in that case: we act on the business's instructions and help it fulfil the request, but we cannot delete a business's client data on our own initiative without its knowledge.
If you registered as a user in order to run your own business here, you can request deletion of your account and the data associated with it directly from the platform operator.
Note that deleting an account also affects the business's operational data — booking history and client cards — for which you are responsible towards your own clients. Before deletion, make sure you have exported what you need and have met your obligations regarding the retention of that data.
If you delete a client card yourself in the admin panel, it disappears from your views but stays in the database. To delete the record permanently, send us a request.
If your business stops using the service, write to us from the e-mail address of the business account. We delete the business account, client cards, booking history and employee data. Before that, export the data you need to keep.
Send the request by e-mail. Write to info@broneerimine.ee.
If you use the Broneerimine mobile app, you can also request deletion of your account in the app itself: More → Account & security → Delete account.
Please describe in the request which data you want deleted and which business it relates to, so that we can identify you. We respond to a request within ten working days at the latest and delete the data within 30 days of receiving it. When the data is deleted, we confirm it to you in writing.
Some data may need to be retained even after a deletion request, where the law requires it — accounting source documents, for example. In that case we say in our reply what is retained and on what basis.
The data also disappears from our backups. Backups are deleted automatically, usually within 60 days.
